Using the Document
In order to be able to retain information added to our blank Classroom Level Action Plan, the file (PDF or MS Word) must first be saved to your computer. The document is compatible with Adobe Acrobat Reader, as well as Microsoft Word 2003 or higher.
If the computer you are using does not have Adobe Acrobat Reader, you can download it for free from the Adobe website here.
PDF vs. Microsoft Word
OnHand Schools recommends using the PDF version of this document in order to greatly reduce the risk of printing/compatibility errors. However, if rich text formatting is desired, the Microsoft Word Document will give you that capability.
Please Note: Using the Word Document increases your risk of printing errors and/or formatting inconsistencies.
Saving The PDF
You may experience problems saving your changes to the action plan if you were editing the PDF from your web browser. Instead, try using Acrobat's 'Save File' icon located in the top left corner of the PDF interface. This method of saving will enable you to put an editable version of your Classroom Action Plan on your computer for future use.
As stated above, we recommend saving the file to your computer before any information is entered in order to reduce the risk of losing your work.
